When we contacted Samantha, we already had some homes in mind. By the time she could contact the seller(which was very prompt) they were under contract. So she went to work to find the perfect home for us that we could get the jump on. When she found the home that we purchased, she was on the ball. She was on top of us to meet deadlines because we loved the house. The process was so seamless and her organization and professionalism really shined. Very friendly, reliable, made the whole process for me as a first time homebuyer very easy. Explained things thoroughly and whenever I had any sort of question they were there. Abided by my schedule and not one time did I feel they didn't have my best interest in mind.

Sam was very easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted in a home even changing our mind between a resell and a new build. We ultimately en with a new build due to a time difference and a new build being “easier” to get. Sam went to the property, sent us videos and we placed our deposit next day. She was able to get us the house easy and have no up and down emotions over a resell build! She was there every step of the way and answered all the questions above and beyond a realtor! I highly recommend Sam for any real estate needs! She even did a fantastic job with working with us in England and being our eyes in NM!
